FIXES:
- Quest "Stranded Rust" can be finished now. This didn't worked before, due to dialog bug.
- Quest "A Man's Job" dialog fix.
- Lower level ammo comes in batches of 50.
- Heater chamber moved to level 2 and flamer removed from items required, price fix to flame fuel mk II.
- Fixed overzealous Lost Hills guards.
- Weight of Iron Ore (and HQ), Minerals (and HQ), Uranium Ore, Wood and Scorpion Tails reduced.- Timeout fixes here and there.

- Run the Updater for the new faction005.dat file.
IMPORTANT:
- We temporary changed the server port to 4000. Open the config tool and switch the port in the "Net"-tab to 4000.
